Food hunting time! The birthday girl was on her random diet plans, so we decided to have a light birthday breakfast. Dim Sum being my favorite and also the famous breakfast go-to, we wanted to go somewhere new. Quite the drive if you are not familiar with Puchong, but it's a famous place so there shouldn't be any problem finding it. We got a seat almost instantly, as it was the second day of Chinese New Year, so everyone was either visiting their relatives or kicking in back in the countryside. Ordered our usual dishes, Siew Mai, Har Gow, Salad Har, Fried Yam, a variety of other fried dishes, and the famous Portuguese Egg Tart! To be honest, we only went to try the Egg Tart but looks like we ended up over-ordering. The Portuguese Egg Tart was truly out of the world, the texture and sweetness was perfect. It wasn't too crumbly and had the right caramel layer on the crust. Pricing was reasonable, best part was that they charged us the usual price instead of the hiked up price which is common during festive seasons.
